New car with problem that can not be repaired

I purchased a used car from a

reputable dealer. The car had a

vibration during the test drive, the

salesman assured me it would be

taken care of. My car has been in the

dealership for repair 3 different times

and the car still vibrates. The dealer

has made the comment that there is

nothing wrong with the car (this was

after the first 2 times in) then found

it did have a problem. The third time

they repaired something that made

the car stop vibrating during braking

but not at speed.The dealer ship has

offered to trade me out of the car,

but only on select vehicles, which

have a higher price than they

should. Where do I go from here?

You need to continue to discuss this matter with the dealership. The squeaky wheel (or vibration in this case) does get the grease. Unless your car came with a warranty, they are under no legal obligation to make any repairs. Right now, you are trading on their reputation. You may wish to consider the offer to trade up if only to get out of a bad deal.
