Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

I signed a contract with Omni partners a career company. Within the first week and seeing their copy and paste of my resume, and making it a three page length, I told this is unprofessional and if this a sign f their work I want out of the contract. They promised to have contacts for employers above HR department and received companies home page which I can get anywhere. They are trying to hold me to a $3000.00 contract that I said this was not a fit after the first week. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they responded with they did the work and I am entitled to a 25% refund, and they did nothing.
