Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

My wedding day was held at a beautiful venue that also catered. We had the tasting with the chef 3 weeks before our big day and specifically selected our food choices. We discussed our food options with the chef at length during the tasting. Turns out, to our surprise at the reception the rice, fish, and vegetables were prepared differently then what we ordered. venue is appologetic and offers about 10 percent monetary compensation. I would think that we are deserving of greater compensation because of all 3 courses of the meal were prepared incorrectly. Venue food manager states that they only make a 10 percent profit off the food, and is willing to reimburse us for the cocktails as a "good faith" offering. Is this a breach of contract? Is 10% fair? or are we being unfair for asking for atleast 25%? do we have a legal case?
