559.933 Vacation certificate cancellation and refund provisions.- of travel or third party.
-It shall be unlawful for any seller of travel or assignee:
(1) To fail or refuse to honor a purchaser's vacation certificate request
to cancel if such request is made:
(a) Within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the 559.9335 Violations.--It is a violation of this part for any person:
vacation certificate, whichever occurs later; or
(b) At any time accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant annually with the department unless exempt pursuant to s. 559.935.
to a request for use as provided in the contract, provided that:
1. The contract shall not require notice greater than 60 days in purchase of a performance bond or establishment of a letter of credit
advance of the date requested for use;
2. If acceptable to the purchaser, comparable alternate
accommodations or facilities in a city, or reservations for a date (3) Knowingly to make any false statement, representation, or
different than that requested, may be provided.
