Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I was arrested about 20 years ago for a felony of grand theft and 2 misdemenors my judication was withheld on the felony. I have been applying for jobs and for some reason it is now after years suddenly showing up on this credit criminal check. I know they are going back to the courts of miami-dade county because it has been past 10 years but now it is showing up. is there some law that states that this kind of credit/criminal check where my record will not show up if they check the courts because I thought a county check was supposed to only go back 12 years for someone checking.

You should seek a lawyer in Dade County to expunge the record.
