Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I bought a car at a buy here pay here dealership and after about a year they buy here pay here place sold my loan to a car financial place. Due to hard times, the buy here pay here place repo'd my vehicle and has it back on the lot for the same price I paid for it and now the car financial place is hounding me for the money. Do I have any recourse in this? I did not agree to have my loan sold and now it has dropped my credit score unbelievably and I was trying to buy a inexpensive home but now they turned me down due to this car financial place.

Based on your facts, they had a right to sell the loan and repossess the vehicle if you defaulted on the loan.
