If a credit card company sues me and i never responded and the won the judgement can they garnish my wages and/or take any property away from me?

DEPENDS ON HOW FAR THEY GO. Since you did not answer, they were able to get the judgment. They can still come after your wages and property.

Being awarded a judgment, they can place liens on property and seek garnishment of wages to enforce payment.
