Can a debt collector ask your bank for your bank deposit, account number and routing number by subpoena when you never went to court?

If you were informed of a date to appear for a hearing and you did not attend, the judgment order was probably granted to the debt collector. If you refused to provide information then the debt collector would have gotten a writ of attachment as to your assets. I am not sure as to the subpoena but if the debt collector has the writ of attachment with the information they can freeze and/or withdraw funds.
