Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My girlfriend and I live in Florida. She owns a home where we reside. She has not made a payment in over 18 months. If we decide to get married, can I be accountable or responsible for any debts shes aquired before we get married?

No, unless you have in some other way agreed to co-sign or assume the debt, marriage

does not make you liable.
