Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

my ex girlfriend told DCF that i have not been paying her any child support since our daughter was born. when in reality its a lie because we came to a verbal agreement and i pay her cash every 2 weeks. so therefore my license got suspended. she wrote talahassee a letter stating that i do pay her child support and now i have a d6 clearance. my question is does that clerance not only help fix my license but does it also help me with what she had stated i had in unpaid child support which adds up to 16k or can she simply toy with me when ever she wants and get her way, do i have any rights? what can i legally do?

you need receipts. Any time you pay you must have a receipt. Otherwise you may be out in the cold. I suggest you go to court and explain your situation. GET an attorney.
