My husband passed away does that make me responsible for his medical bills and or any other debit his name only

No. Unless you are obligated through a separate agreement, you are not liable for such

bill in only his name. Creditors may assert a claim against his estate property through

probate court, depending on the nature of the claim and his estate property.
