Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have incorrect and/or invalid listings on my credit reports from the credit reporting agencies. While I carry a lot of open credit, I have always made on time and more than the minimum payments. What can be done to force the agencies to correct and provide proof of credit listings? One payment is listed as late - the actual payoff by a car dealer past the due date for a monthly payment - after I have traded the vehicle in on a new auto

See my website for a letter in sample forms to send to the reporting agencies. If that does not work, see a consumer lawyer. Want to know the law?
