Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have a judgment against someone in the state of Florida. I've tried garnishing bank accounts but have been unsuccessful. Garnishing wages will probably be a waste of time. The judgment is for $16,000 plus interest. He owns a home but he filed for homestead exemption for I can't levy against it because it is protected. Can I record a lien against the property so if he tries to sell it I can get my money? Also, can I foreclose on the lien if he doesn't pay?
