in late 2003 or early 2004 I voluntarly returned my prefab home. They resold it. Now I have a agency calling to collect the 29K owned. My income is SSD & I have a small 401K pension. Can they take any of this from me. Also the are leaving messages to have my legal representative call them. is this legal?

First, if they sold the home, check to see if they followed the law in doing so, such as giving you notice per the statute and other requirements. Many times they do not and this is a complete bar to any claim they may have and it may provide you will a claim against them. If so, you can get your attorney's fees and costs against them. I will be happy to give you a free evaluation on this issue.

See www.ComsumerLawyerHelp.com re garnishment to understand what they can get, if anything, from you.

Good luck.
