Motorcycle loan default, Please Help!
I reciently defaulted on my motorcycle loan. I tried to pay it but i just asked for some help from the company. They didnt give me a break what so ever. So of course i didnt pay it.(Not Smart) Now an attourney bought the loan and im trying to pay it but there saying ''i need the total amount now'' I cant do it. I asked for three mths to pay it with $400 now. Can they take my bike or will we end up in court first and try to settle the money for it that way? Someone please help! This is the first time this has happened to me and i feel like they are trying to take advantage of it. Thanks if anyone knows anything!

No good answer for you. You will probably have the bike repossessed and then sued for the deficiency.
