Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Ok, here is the senerio of my problem. I gave my ex husband a uncontested divorce in the state of Florida. He agreed to make the RV payment that is financed in his name only. I can't find out if he is making payments or not. If the repo man comes to haul this RV off, do I get time to move my pets and items from this RV. I am living in this unit. Thanks.

Probably not. If the RV has wheels on it - they will drive it off or hook it up when you are not around. I suggest you make him give the finance people permission for you to check on the account.
