Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I signed a settlement agreement to settle a debt. I now see that one of the clauses in the agreement is not worded correctly and according to local statutes is not on a separate document and in sign 14 font. Due to this is the settlement agreement null and void?

No. the error can be corrected by a modification and I am sure the settlement agreement states that this can be done in writing and signed by all parties. Check your agreement.
