Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

i am being taken to small clams court by the hospitel.I agreed to pay the bill and i need to make timely payments. When i asked if this would show up on my credit as neg.credit.They told me that they could not give me legal advice. Well what i am saying will this go aginst my credit

If the hospital or its collection agency reports such information to the 3-4

major credit agencies, the information will affect your credit score.

I would think if they have turned you over to a collection agency your credit has already been affected.
