I am being sued for breach of contract by a credit card company how can I win?

It depends, do you owe the money? Have you missed any payments? If you answer yes to either of these questions, you are liable for the debt and if it goes to court I speculate that the credit card company will prevail.

You should try negotiating the amount you owe...make an offer in settlement.
