Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
My wife bank acct.has a info.subpoena & restaining notice on her account. Don't know why? They put her money on hold .Some lawyer or collection Co.from new york and we are here in florida ,what happen next. Do we call this Co. or go see a lawyer or legal aid.This money was from a workman comp.accident. We are both retired.

Sounds like your account was garnished. You need to consult with a lawyer ASAP to see why and whether you have exemptions or objections you can raise to the garnishment.
