Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

What will happen to me?

About three weeks ago i used (not thinking about the consequences) a co-worker credit card, i've used it for one trans. $599, now they found out at work and they pulled me in the office, ask me a lot of questions, fill out a incident report an officer came in and the gave me a traspass warning report and told me not to ever come back to the property, i told them that i was willing to pay back what i spend but they didn't say anything and i don't know what's going to happen, will the police come to my house?, will i be able to pay for this item?, please give advise to see what i can do.

NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.

You did a very foolish thing that could possibly change the rest of your life. If your former co-worker decides to prosecute, you may earn yourself a criminal record. To avoid that, you should contact the co-worker and make arrangments to immediately pay back the money for the improper use of the credit card. Hopefully then the co-worker will not file a report with the police, although it may be too late and that may have already happened.
