You MAY be eligible for a pretrial diversion program that will allow you to get through this with a minimum of problems. Your charges are probably 3rd degree felonies.

What county is this in and what are the specific charges? When were you arrested and when is your court date?

You should hire a lawyer. Florida law doesnt really care if its a first time or if you have a family. I cnat tell you the penalty without talking to you about the details of your case. Pls call if you would like to talk about your case.
