Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I need some advice. My husband is currently on felony probation for organized fraud. He borrowed money from someone and has been paying it back - he has receipts. The person has been wanting more money and has been threatening to go to the police if he doesn't give it to him/her. In the mean time, she has been leaving threatening messages on our house phone, cell phones and daughtres cell phone threatening to kill my husband and our family. My husband has been talking to a local atty and she made an appointment to see him today but refused to show up because my husband did not give her money before she went to the lawyers office. Now tonight, more threatening message and she is threatening to go to the police again if he doesn't give her more money. How do we get help from the police and protect him at the same time?

If you can't find an attorney that does free consultations, then it would be a wise investment to pay the attorney for their time. That is how you protect him from the police and this threatening person.
