Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

if a person was on 9 zanex..at the same time was brutally beaten by 4 men and both legs were broken as well as other broken bones a concusion and heavily doped up from iv meds in hospital..so in shock and out of it every 5 minutes they wake up screaming were am i what happened....only an hour and a half after attack the police take that person to station and get a confession and have them sign a warrent....is that legal....?

In order for a confession to be used in court, it must be made knowingly and voluntarily. There is certainly an argument that you weren't capable of doing that. I would suggest you talk to an attorney about this right away so that the proper motions to suppress the "confession" be made.
