aggrivated assault?

i drove my truck onto a curb. from a parked position, i pulled the front left tire up over the parking stop concrete block where my ex was standing. the vehicle didn't strike or touch her. is this aggrivated assault and what are my chances of getting the sentance reduced or dropped? I have no record and i'm in the military(guard) and also work for another government agency while i go to college full time. will any of this factor in the judge's decision?
