Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I am on an alt bond of ROR with the conditions of GPS tracking and no driving without a valid license.I was arrested on 1/25/10, I have not been formally charged on anything as of today's date but I am still on GPS tracking. The charge is a second degree felony. I was ticketed for driving with a suspended license in the meanwhile. My question is even though that has occured should I try to modify my bond in such a way that I am removed off of the GPS. And if so HOW! PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!

The only bond modification you are likely to get is for the judge to revoke the bond and your GPS for violating your conditions of release. You should talk to your attorney or hire one immediately in order to either avoid the inevitable arrest or at least minimize this.
