Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I need help in answering this
Hello Im 17 turning 18 in late november and I am currently dating my gf who is 16 and her father has threatened my life and told me that he would have me arrested if i talked to her at all. I have read the laws on harassment and stalking but my curiosity is if shes calling me and i talk to her and i dont see her until shes older am i committing a crime because i want to become a firefighter but i cant if i have a criminal record

There is no law that says you can't be with her. You obviously need to be careful concerning her Father.
