Domestic violence
My husband and i got into an argument. after the argument i went to walk away and he reached out and tugged on my shirt. i stopped and looked at him. we both said sorry and that was it. Someone at my work changed the story to be that he choked me and they called the police and told them that i said he choked me, however i did not say that. i wrote a statement saying he did nothing. but they still arrested him. The judge ordered that we can not reside together until pretial. Is this the same as no contact? Can he come to the house and visit? that person wrote a statement claming that i said he choked me.Can the state prosicute based on someones statement who was not present during the argument?
