i was arreste on domestic violence for strikeing some one against their own will. this is my first arrest, my girl friend does not want put charges. but at the day i got arrested the officers took pictures. what out come could i be facing in the state of florida...

You hit your girlfriend?! She has injuries the cops took pictures of? What the heck is the matter with you?! You will get arrested and be appointed a public defender soon. Seek the advice of your PD.

To add to what Ms. Grosse is pointing out, do not think that her not wanting to press charges makes the difference. It doesn't. If the state thinks they can prove a case, it doesn't matter her opinion on whether to press charges. The photos and her statements made at the time may be enough to find you guilty. That said, if you have an attorney on your side, whether it be private or public defender, could make a difference in the outcome of this case. Good luck.
