Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My (now ex-)boyfriend put his email accounts on my iPod. When he returned the iPod to me the icons were there and when I clicked on the icons all his emails came up.

To make a long story short, multiple emails I saw indicated he had been unfaithful and was seeing not only 1 but 2 other people while we had been in a supposed exclusive relationship.

When I confronted him it got rather ugly and the onl thing he could retaliate with was that I had "tampered with his email which was a Federal Crime, punishible in Court".

HE placed the accounts with open access on mi iPod.... ??? Is there anything he can really do?

By putting the email accounts on the phone, he loses any expectation of privacy to those accounts. So no you can't be charged with anything.
