Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My name is Brandon. Im 28 yrs old. In 2002 after just turning 21 I had a party.

A minor came and was really drunk already and one thing led to another. I was arrested

for contributing to a minor. (827.04(1)(a)

Now my problem is this. I recently bought a month membership to one of those background

check sites. I was looking myself up, looking through my charges and the one I mentioned

I was arrested for was a little different on their page. It said I was arrested

under 827.04.3

Which is "man over 20 impregnating a girl under 16. Now I have sent out numerous

resume's for finding employment because I graduated from a technical school as a

journeyman welder. Whether this may have anything to do with my success finding a job

I still am not happy about the issue. So basically I am a sex offender with a 3rd degree

felony. Any suggestions on possible action?
