can my case be dissmissed

i was arressted but there is an error on the police report it states aweapon was recovered from my car the police report states a blue car were they got the weapon but my car is colored gray they wrote the wrong colored car on the report can i get my case dissmissed for bad police report.. thank you..

I do not believe there is a legal basis to for the Court to dismiss a potential charge against you because the police listed the wrong color car in their report.

The State Attorney's Office will review the police report and decide if such a non-material typo/mistake like that has any effect on their case, but based on my experience... it would be a very far stretch for the State or the Court to dismiss the charge based on that alone.

No. This is only an error. "Loopholes" that are meaningful are really violations of your rights or issues of admissibility of evidence under the code.

This error may be meaningful if the color of your car is important and it goes to the observation abilities of that officer or his reporting ability.
