Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i was caught with 3 methadone pills 2 years ago/ i live in florida and was put on pre-trial intervention. i failed a drug test halfway through in a drug class. i was allowed to continue and accually graduated from the class, had most of my community service and fines paid when i was pulled from it months later and am now goin back to court. i have a good record and have hired an attorney. what kind of charges am i most likely looking at?
