Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
check cashing
i recieved an email from a company in another country. they want to send me checks and i would cash them and keep 10% plus charges and send the remainder back to them by way of western union. is this legal?

Its a well known scam. Delete it.

Not only is it a scam, but you would likely be prosecuted because it would be considered unreasonable for you to have actually believed it was legal.
