Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

probation officer summiting false statement to judge

i am speaking on my girlfriend's behalf; she had violated her probation by not checking in for nine months and was picked up on a warrent for her arrest. she had one year probation and manitory anger management class with a six month suspended sentence for the original charge of domestic violence and possesion of less than 20 grams of marijauna. she had completed nine out of the twelve month probation and had her fines paid up to date when she had violated. she was held without bond till her first hearing, which is understandable. the day of her first hearing she finaly was able to meet with her lawer that the court had appointed for her. when she went in front of the judge, which her propation officer was present. her probation officer advised to the judge that my girlfriend had not made any payments for her probation requirements, which in fact i have the reicepts stating she had paid the amount of five hundred and sixty dollars a month before her violation. my girlfriend pled not guilty and now is awating for her pretrial hearing on april third. so my question is can she get another bond hearing, and if in fact that it is proven the her probation officer is lying to the judge can it be used as an advantage for my G/F release

Re: probation officer summiting false statement to judge

You can present the receipts as proof at a bond hearing. I would call the offficer mistaken not a liar.
