My child made a fake Facebook listing and communicated by phone and Internet with another girl for several months. The other 15 year old thought she was a boy. What kind of trouble is she in?

Nothing criminal unless there was some sort of solicitation or sexting involved. Probably more in trouble with you as a parent, than with the law.
