Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was cited for serving a minor at my bar. We have a door man who checks everyone apearing to be under the age of 35. He walked away and did not tell anyone. So i served thinking their Id's had been checked. I was ticketed. What is the outcome going to be?

You have a duty to check the ID as well. You have a mitigating circumstance, but you should talk to an attorney to see if something else can be done.
