Is it possible for someone who has been in county jail for 35 days for Manslauter car accident at a bond hearing first one to be let go on there own if someone takes full responeabily

I assume you mean ROR. The answer is that it is all up to the judge. His attorney should set a bond hearing if there hasn't been one already in order to see if ROR is even possible.
