Criminal Traffic Violation

I have an outstanding Criminal Traffic Violation from 2000. I believe a warrant was issued. what do i do?

You need to surrender yourself to the Court where the warrant originated so that you can clear the case and get a disposition. This is the only way to remove the warrant. We handle many of these cases, often times for people from out of state who committed a crime in MA and then left without disposing of the case. If you are still a MA resident, it at least simplifies the travel issue. Hire a good criminal defense attorney to assist you. We typically contact the issuing court, work out a potential disposition with the District Attorney's office, THEN bring in the client and get the case cleared in one day.
