Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My daughter is in jail for grand theft of an auto grand theft of a firearm and giving false information to a pawn broker! What are we to expect at her court appearance?

I would need to know what County the case is in to be specific. In most Counties in No. Fla., we plead not guilty at arraignment and pass the case to work on it. If the person is in jail, we try to get the bond lowered. We may file Motions to keep evidence out, take depositions of witnesses, etc. After a while, the Court, if the State and the Defense cannot work out a plea agreement, the Court will set the case for trial.
