I have arrests on my records that have been dismissed by the court for lack of merit or evidence. How do get these arrests remove?

Re: expunging criminal records

In Fla. a person can only seal or expunge ONE case. Multiple cases can be sealed or expunged if they relate to the same incident. So, based on your question, as long as you've never been adjudicated guilty of ANY criminal offense you will be able to expunge ONE of your cases, but not all.
