Absolutely. Florida Statute 796.07 sets forth the prohibition. In Paragraph (2)subsection (f) it states: To solicit, induce, entice, or procure another to commit prostitution, lewdness, or assignation. Subsection (i) says: To purchase the services of any person engaged in prostitution.

The penalties are set forth in Paragraph 4.
