Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Federal appointed lawyer from San Antonio Texas said that the
federal government will not provide my friend with a copy of his transcripts from court case, is that true? If not how to does he get the transcrip

This is not really a question for Florida Criminal law. But generally the federal government does not have to give you anything. Florida is in the minority of States that have open discovery where everything is shared. His lawyer would know the correct answer.
