Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can you please explain State Statute 790.30 in general laymen terms.
A question was brought up that asked how city/county ordinances regarding the discharging of firearms pertain to duck hunting. The general sensus on this forum is that SS790.30 overrides any restrictions. FWC states that any waterway that has public access is considered "sovergne water" and the taking of waterfowl is legal. Can you explain this in general form.
