Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was getting ready to go to restitution hearing and was offered a deal. There is a 220 mile difference between what the medical records back up and what the State's attorney says is owed. It is about a $100 difference. When I asked about the discrepancy the State's attorney said it was not included, but that is not what the court document shows. Should I risk going to court?

Risk going to court?? You are usually required to go. Even if you are not required, you waive ALL claims to any differences in restitution. Hopefully you have an attorney that can challenge any differences in restitution amounts. If not, I suggest you get one.
