Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I girl advertised herself on craigslist to chat on Skype. We started talking I stated that I am 26 she stated that she was 16, she asked if she could send me topless photos and I said that's up to u, and then I said I wouldn't mind. But I did not say yes. Now she is threatening me with child pornography, I did not receive any pics whatsoever. Am I in trouble? Plus I am in fl she is in nj.

It's possible but I don't see the federal crime (which is what it would be if she's out of state). You need to break off contact with her immediately. She is likely not 16 and probably not even a girl, and works for the federal government so stop NOW.
