grand larceny
my friend was recently arrested for grand larceny charge . they stated that they was a warrant fro his arrest. well he paid off the store in which he stole from . he signed a paper stating they woudl not charge him if he paid the penalties . can the state of fl still come after him if he has already paid the store off?
