It is impossible to say whether you will be arrested, regardless you should retain a criminal defense attorney immediately. A criminal defense attorney can begin presenting your side of the story and your case the police and/or State Attorney's Office to prevent charges from either being filed or going forward. Many times a well put together letter will prevent the police or State from going forward with filing charges against you. My firm is located in Tampa and offers free case consultations. Our number is 813-830-2261. We look forward to working with you.
