Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My husband has a no contact order with me put on by the court. I have already sign a waive to get the no contact removed and the judge denied it. He has gone to court and charges has been dropped he just has to take a 3 hour class in another two weeks. We don't want to wait until then for him to come home. He was told that the public defender will be contacting me so we can put a motion into the judge to get the no contact lifted. We have been contact him for a week now everybady with no phone call back. Can you tell me if there is another way to get this lifted without waiting fo the public defender?

Not sure what you're looking for on this forum. Your public defender will be filing a motion to lift the no contact order. Other than hiring a new attorney, it sounds like the case is progressing as normal. Your husband either needs to wait for the PD to do their job or else hire a new attorney.
