Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

my husband was on a year probation for a felony case uttering forge instrument he vilolated due to dirty urine he has been in jail for 21 days now he just had court today and the judge gave him another court date for nexth month on the 18.. during court the state gave him credit time serve because this was his first violation and he has no priiors but the judge yell at no, so do u think its worth gettin a lawyer if the judge is acting this way...
